Toilet paper flap over the top or bottom?!

Does it really matter? I just want to wipe my ass so i don't worry about if it's over, under, or whatever.
 
Why are people so passionate about this, I've never even noticed. I just grab it wherever it is.

That said, under from the bottom looks better and more proper. Over from the top makes an easier grab. :D haha

UNDER OMFG my mom insists it being over and then when I lose the end I like make it spin to make it loose ya know and it works after like 200 spins. But it works almost immediately when the roll is under like excuse you
