I thought it would be nice to have a high score thread for Puzzle League and Desert Island Escape, so here it is. Post your good scores for any of the modes / levels in either mini-game and optionally what character(s) you used to get that score. Please only post scores that top a previous high score on the list. If there is no score listed for a category, only post your score if you have reached the target score / reward score. I'll try to update this thread semi-regularly.

I'd be more inclined to jump in if I weren't so terrible at Puzzle League. I'm never going to get Lip's Wig...

I've only played a little bit of Desert Island Escape.

Beginner 1: 27,650 (Julian, Tangy, Goldie)
Beginner 2: 33,500 (Cleo, Vivian, Jacob)
Beginner 3: 40,650 (Maggie, Sandy, Boots)
Beginner 4: 38,210 (Louie, Hopkins, Sprocket)

I can't play Puzzle League yet. ~

Garbage Attack

Candy Mode
Normal: 107

I love puzzle league, used to have pokemon puzzle league 64 and it's one of my all time favorite games. :)

I only play Puzzle League at the moment, not Desert Island Escape.

I really don't go for scores that much. The only mode I can say I tried at was Time Attack easy mode, and Candy Mode (normal).
Sometimes when I'm playing, I'm like: Hey, why not keep getting more points this round? Lol.

Time Attack - easy mode:
45280 (no amiibo used)

Score Attack - easy mode:
128150 (no amiibo used)

Score Attack - normal mode:
19725 (no amiibo used)

Score Attack - hard mode:
19708 (no amiibo used)

Candy Mode - normal:
1115 (no amiibo used, I seriously just killed myself I got so bored.)

When I'm playing Time Attack, I'm always playing it till I reach 2500 points -- which will reward you 1 MEOW Coupon -- and then get game over as soon as possible, so I can start up a new round and repeat. Unlike other coupon-rewards in Puzzle League, the Time Attack (and other modes as well) reward is not daily. Best way to rack up infinite MEOW Coupons IMO.

I've updated the OP with people's scores. I only entered scores which qualify for rewards in the game since I don't want to spend a lot of time entering scores which will get beat pretty easily. Can anyone beat Fruitcup's Normal Score Attack score or ArtsyDreamer's Advanced 10 score?

Did you really get 45k in Time Attack or is that a typo? Thanks for the tip about MEOW coupons. I didn't know that, but that's really helpful.

Well if my eyes work correctly lol! But yeah, that's the actual score I have. Lol! And you're welcome! :) This thread is kinda making me wanna get some scores now! I think it'll be fun, I should try! :) (Though I obviously tried with my Time Attack score.) I think when you start getting chains of 10 or higher, that's when your score REALLY starts to boost quickly. A little too quickly, I might say.

Updated the OP through HoleInOneLuigi's scores. Damn, those score and time attack scores are gonna be tough to beat. Calling on Desert Island Escape fans. I know you're out there somewhere. Please post your scores here. :)

The only ones I have that are higher than the ones you already have down are

Candy mode - Easy
387 (no amiibo)

Garbage attack - easy
13,708 (no amiibo)

Score attack - hard
40,120 (no amiibo)

today I earned fairy dress and boots and this is all I don't have amiibo and I've started the game few days ago

Score Attack
Easy: 201,095 (no amiibo)

Somewhere near 100,000 points the level becomes 99 and it doesn't go any higher so if you can get the hang of that level you can go on forever. I stopped after it gave me a hand cramp. x(

It's an endurance test.

Alright. My record for Score Attack - hard mode, is currently 201136. No amiibo were used, although I did use the player's ability in the match when in danger (saved my butt from losing approximately 6 times). I'm happy with my score, I think if I decided to go any further, I'd probably be a zombie. The game is definitely easier than other Puzzle League games (which is good). One thing is that past Puzzle League games would give you game over instantly if the blocks reached the top. In this game it gives you some time.
Anyway, I hope you all get wonderful scores (like the people on here have)! I might try Garbage Mode soon.

This thread is a great idea, it really motivates people

Wow. Really nice score. I don't really care how people get their scores or what amiibo they use; I just ask for it so that people know which abilities are good for getting the best scores. Like I said before, ACNL Puzzle League is more of an endurance test than a pure difficulty thing since the speed eventually maxes out and you do have things like the clear and grace period to save your chin. Trying Garbage Mode is a good idea since it adds more of a challenge especially since those garbage blocks come down pretty quickly eventually.
