None of mine have pinged yet, but I'm waiting for Stitches or W. Link to do so. I'm cycling as carefully as possible, but they are SUPER stubborn. I kinda want a general idea of how long this may take. For those of you who have actually been successful in moving out an amiibo villager without using another amiibo, how long do you think it took? It is possible, apparently, for those of you who are skeptical. It is just very rare, unfortunately, for an amiibo villager to ping.

If you'd like to try cycling them out, without losing your dreamies, here's what I do. Since I don't mind my town becoming overgrown, and I have the Perfect Town ordinance, I will TT 5 days at a time. It takes villagers 10 days to move out. So, I find the "pinger", stop them, and then TT 5 days. I repeat this, unless I want the "pinger" to leave, and then I TT to their move out date. If you don't talk to EVERYONE though, they probably won't ping you, because you've ignored them for over a week. That's just my experience though. I've never had a villager ping me when I neglect them for a week or longer, so I use my 5 day method. Haven't lost anyone I wanna keep yet. Anyways, back to work on moving these guys out. I hope someone can give me a little hope by telling me they got their villagers out in a somewhat timely manner lol.
