When am I going to get the train stuff?

I want to create a train house so bad! Which villagers unlock it? When should I expect them to show up?
Also which villagers unlock the florence flask?

I think Henry is the one that unlocks it, if I remember correctly

Iirc both Rover and Porter unlock some train items (Rover definitely does). I don't know of any regular villagers who do unfortunately, which means that they'll never show up if you don't have an amiibo figure/card.
