According to the latest update, mine are:
Tier 1: Diana (#2), Beau (#6), Lolly (#7), Fauna (#9), Kyle (#13), Maple (#14)
Tier 2: Bob (#4), Cookie (#13), Bluebear (#16)
Tier 3: Lobo (#7), Cherry (#12), Filbert (#15), Deirdre (#22), Flora (#26)
Tier 4: Margie (#7), Butch (#17), Pashmina (#22), Frita (#29), Shari (#32)
Tier 5: Everyone else.

What about you guys?

Haha I noticed he was number one! I wasn't expecting it, although I knew he's probably be tier 1. He is a sweet lil fluff <3 I'm actually super happy that the update uses amiibo, because I was able to use my Stitches amiibo card to re-plot him. His house was in an awful place for so long...

Most of my villagers are pretty popular but I don't really care about tiers, so it's whatever. I just get the villagers I like.

I have Marshal and Rosie from tier 1, Chevre, Melba, Cherry and Alice from tier 3, Margie and Portia from tier 4 and Naomi, and Midge are 5.

I have the Amiibo card for tier 1 Stitches, but he freaks me out...

Not sure where Cookie is on the villager popularity list, but I'd say shes tier 3.

Right!? I saw Kyle in tier 1 and was like... WAAAAAAAAAT!? I mean, I like Kyle, but I never pictured him being a tier 1! Good for him.

You really should broaden your horizons beyond just the popular villagers. There's a lot of unique and even cute villagers in Tiers 3, 4 and 5.

None in Tier 2 (although Kabuki used to live in my town, I had no idea he was that popular!)
None in Tier 3
Frita from Tier 4
Astrid, Bertha, Cube, Hans, Kody, Penelope, Rocco, Tipper from Tier 5

I'm not someone who uses the villager trade plaza and I never actively look to get certain villagers. I have no idea why Cube, Hans, and Kody in particular are ranked so lowly, they are so sweet you'd think they'd be more popular!
