T4: Jacques
T5: N/a
T6: Mott, Elvis, Scoot
 
Tier 1: Marshal, Stitches, Diana and Beau.
Tier 2: Phoebe, Molly, Fang, Genji and Coco.
Unknown Tier: Apple.

Tier two- Pietro, Kiki (Soon to be muffy)
Tier three- Roscoe
Tier five- Cobb

But I'm constantly changing who is in my town. Only a couple are permanents like Agnes, Pekoe, Fang, and probably Phil (unless he pings me one more time about whether or not he's clueless x3)

I don't really like tier lists to be honest, they're kinda inaccurate but they are helpful.

My tenth villager is Cece, but she's not on the popularity list because she's an amiibo only villager. I don't plan on keeping Skye, Tia, Blaire, Cheri and Joey though or Cece, but i'll have to move her out using an amiibo card which I don't have right now except the Sanrio ones, which I don't wanna move in just yet.

Tier three: Lobo, Fuchsia, Shep.
Tier four: Bruce, Tom, Purrl, Tammy.
Tier five: Sparro, Katt, Moe, Piper.
Tier six?!: Rod, Bella.
