Making Windows Vista Look Like 2000/ME

So I want to make Windows Vista look like 2000/ME. Here is what I want to change:
-Change Start Button To Windows 2000 Start Button(I patched those uxtheme.dll files in system32)
-Change All Icons to Windows 2000(I already got all the .ico files, but a "package" or program that would change all icons to Win2000 icons would be great
-Get Windows 2000 start menu(the classic Vista one isn't the same!)
-Get Windows 2000 sounds and MIDI's(got that)
-Make the taskbar more like 2000
-Make explorer.exe like Windows 2000

Step 1) Uninstall Windows Vista
Step 2) Install Windows ME
Step 3) Realize Windows is trash
Step 4) Install a Linux distro
