Owning Multiple Magic Lamps?

Silly question, but can you collect and trade magic lamps like any other item? Like, could I buy 20 from other people and fill a room with them? Or are you limited to one per player/account? Since I had an idea for decorating a room involving many of them, but I'm not sure if it's possible.

i think you can have more than one but it wont give you extra "wishes"

You get one per every character you've made in your town. I played my alt today and got Wisp! But the town itself only gets 1 wish per day.
