Banded Dragonfly tips?

I detest that banded dragonfly in this game so much!

What is the best approach? I keep hearing mixed stories about walk slowly into a acre and another that you have to run, if you want to catch it?

What information is true and what is false?

Don't run. Running makes it fly super fast. Just walk slowly from acre to acre until you find one.

I don't remember which dragonfly it was, but i remember it was one i definitely didnt have.

I just got another batch of fruits, so i was running over to my retail. And just as I opened the door, the dragonfly buzzed near me.
As my character walked in, I was like Noo!!

Walking slowly doesn't do anything! It's still flying fast.
