Game Setup

You are not allowed to PM other users about the game.
Day/Night Cycle
Days will be 48 hours long, with nights at 24 hours. Day/Night cycles will end at 7PM PST, and results will be posted in a hour at 8PM PST. Day/Night cycles may be sped up later in the game.
Replacements
This game will use replacements until day 3.
Wisdom of the crowds
Wisdom of the crowds is in effect this game. To vote, send a PM, titled WoTC, with the name of a person who you don't wish to play with. If a player gets enough votes, they will be modkilled at the game start

The Sun of Socialism himself. You fought for two long, arduous decades against the Japanese occupation of Korea, and singlehandly forced out the Japanese. Your war is not over. A new oppressor has entered to once again retake and oppress Koreans. They have taken over the southern half of the country and have partaken in unprovoked attacks against the liberated half. With your power, you seek to smite these cowards. Once per day, you can vote for a person to die. This person will die at the end of the day. You must vote for person and you may not vote for no lynch. You may unvote. Your vote must be sent in through PM. If you die the votes of the politburo are activated. If you do not vote then you be modkilled.

The Politburo
The politburo are a group of town with inactive votes at the start of the game. If Kim Il Sung dies, then their votes become active and they can vote to lynch during day. You vote by PMing your vote to the host. You may unvote. If all Politburo members and Kim Il Sung die, then the mafia win, assuming that the other conditions of the mafia win condition have been met.
Currency and The Black Market
Players automatically accumulate currency, won, every day. They may use won to buy items on The Black Market. The amount of won, or even if they gain won at all, varies. The Black Market is where you use won to buy items for the listed price, by PMing the host that you are going to buy an item. The Black Market is open everyday with the exception of Day One. If a person dies, then the won that they have is lost forever. Players are however able to transfer won by typing ##Transfer: [Quantity] Won to [Playername] during the day. At night, players are able to use the items that they bought for various purposes, stated in the PM in which the item is transferred to you after purchase. You are able to hold a maximum of two items. If a item purchased in the shop turns out to be multiple, separate items, then it will be counted as one item.
General Mafia Rules
1. Posting after death. You may have one polite goodbye post, but it may not contain any potentially game-changing information.
2. Ruining the game by doing something like handing out your mafia's member list to the town.
3. Logging on to someone else's account to get their role or looking over someone's shoulder to get their role.
4. Comparing role PM timings to try and work out roles.
5. Posting or sharing any PM you receive from a host without permission.
6. Getting yourself modkilled to help your team. Your non-majority-decided death may not be used as a bargaining chip.
7. Signing up more than once using smurf accounts.
8. Offering favours/items/bells outside of the game for a ingame information.
9. Sharing accounts with other players.
10. Breadcrumbing the specific phrasing of your role PM. Do not compare the phrasing in your role PM to prove your alignment. You can claim the abilities you have, but you can't use the specific phrasing of your role PM.
11. Posting a false PM phrased as if you received it from the host. You can still fake roleclaim, but you cannot make it look like you are posting a PM you received from the host.

Spam:
Strategic spam is acceptable, within reason.
Activity: You must contribute one substantial post at least once every full day/night cycle. This means that if you only make one post, it needs to be more substantial than simply saying "I agree" or "RIP". If you post multiple times, this rule may may be less strict. There may be exceptions to this if day/night phases progress rapidly at any stage in the game. You also must vote once every two days
Editing:
Editing is not allowed for any reason. Editing will result in a warning. After that, you will be modkilled.
Inappropriate posts:
Mafia games can get heated and emotional. Please keep it civil and remember that what happens in Mafia stays in Mafia.
Observers' Chat:
While dead players will be keen to give valuable "insight" into the game, please refrain from revealing game-changing information (eg. the identities of your fellow Mafia).
Play to win.
You should try your best to help your team win while you are alive and in the game.
Voting
This game uses plurality lynch. Whoever has the most amount of votes by the end of the day will be lynched. In the case of a tie, the person first to reach the amount of votes will be lynched. Only Kim Il Sung, when he is alive, will be able to vote. If Kim Il Sung dies, then only the politburo may vote. All votes must be sent in through PM. Players with active votes MUST vote, or they will be modkilled. You must vote for an alive player, and you may not vote for no lynch.
You vote in the following format ##VOTE: USERNAME. To unvote, simply type ##UNVOTE in the voting thread.
Lynch results will be known to town, but not vote tallies.
