Don't you hate when villagers move out when they don't tell you?

I had Scoot.
He was a really fun, energetic villager...
Then he moved out -_-
I wasn't that mad, but he was one of my starters.
Has this ever happened to you?
Like a villager you actually REALLY DIDNT WANT to move?

No one ever moves without telling you. Oftentimes we just miss them and it's all just timing. But every villager will notify you if given the opportunity. But with random play, other villagers pinging and just bad timing, we sometimes miss the message unfortunately.

I see a lot of people who have this problem, but it never happened to me. I always check whether my villagers want to move or not.

I've had them move out through my own fault....but not because they didn't tell me or I didn't hear it from another villager. If you are sure to talk to each of the ones you want to keep daily, even when time travelling, you should hear at least once about somebody moving.
I lost Ed and Zell through my own fault, was especially upset over Zell :(

I've lost Chrissy & Lolly with no warning. Lolly leaving made me want to cry, I talked to her everyday & she never pinged about leaving.

I talk to my villagers so much I swear they all think I'm an annoying nutcase!!
LOL
So I don't have a villager moves out without me knowing,
but I know I would be devastated if that happens to me :(

Grizzly moved out because I didn't play in Granada for like 2 days. Luckily, FreezeFlame came to my village and adopted him. So at least he's at a good home now.

I've lost two of my favorite villagers due to this happening; Goldie and Stitches. As you can imagine, I was pretty mad.

It's really hard when you lose a villager...
It's good the Bell Tree Forums can at least maybe get them back by trading or selling! ;)

Even then though, Goldie (as far as I know) is still in my void, and I haven't seen anyone offering Stitches lately. (It's kinda the same for Goldie as well.)

For my old town I remember going on frequent hiatus's because of school and sports, so whenever I would go back on I would see that a dreamie of mine had let which had made me upset but not to my breaking point.
