when you visit their dream town you can if it's their original design and if they have design sharing on

oh no i meant if its in the able sisters and you visit via local/internet

i think so. you can interact with the models and put up a design (i'm p sure at least) so don't see why you wouldn't be able to take one

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can. I'm able to get my mayor's designs from there as my side characters, so people from other towns should be able to do it as well.
