- tier 5 villagers are auto-voided, but requests for auto-void removal are accepted for villagers in town provided that auto-void removal is open
- auto-void removal is free, but you must pay the buyout (50 BTB) for the villager before i add you to the list
- once the villager is in boxes, you will have 24 hours (extensions are possible if i'm busy) to claim him/her
- if you do not claim the villager within the given time frame, then the villager will be voided or up for grabs for another user (has to pay 50 BTB) who wants him/her
