#1 looks average, reminds me of hot table lamps.
#2 is pretty nice looking, gives off a modern look.
#3 looks like a snow globe streetlight, that's an awesome streetlight.
Of the three options, I'd say #3>#2>#1 but that's just my preference. Good luck on your decision!

#3 is just Peppyish, and #1 I'd say would work for only a few areas in town I can think of, like next to Re-Tail. It really fits.

What sort of look does your town have?
I love option 2, it's traditional and realistic but it looks awesome, you picked a great potential spot for it.

I would go with the street lamp 2, because it is very classy and nice looking. And fitting for almost every town theme, except for modern towns.
