I am helping my friend get her silver turnip badge so I bought tons of turnips but let her sell them for me and she still didn't get her badge, do you think it is because she didn't actually buy them? and just sold them? or is it just that she didn't sell enough to get her silver badge?
 
Oh OK, thank you for that. she must have made 3 million Least I know it wasn't a wasted effort.
 
I think you might have to buy them. It wouldn't make much sense (the medal) if you could get turnips from someone else and sell them.
 
She actually just told me she got her badge so someone else can buy them. It is who sells them gets the badge, handy to know though.
