I ended up voting for all of them; they all sound so cool! The variety would make animal crossing feel a lot more realistic imo.
Imagine if there were patches of ice after a frosty day that your mayor could slip on, or if the river/pond froze over so you could skate on it (a bit far-fetched)...
Shrunk really irks me (he's just not funny imo, not even ironically) and Kapp'n makes me uncomfortable. I may also be alone on this one but Leif never appealed to me either, and I can't seem to like him.
Mine isn't really funny but I thought it was super sweet; I walked in on Whitney thanking Wolfgang for giving her a flower ♡ I couldn't stop gushing over it, it was so cute.
I have two, but only working on aesthetics and time travelling in one. My second town is more for relaxing and getting to know all my villagers (no dreamies). I actually like my go-with-the-flow town more than my actual themed one, it looks charming and stresses me out less.
Everyone I've met here so far have been lovely. I really do believe this is a great community; very friendly and easy to get involved with.
I wish you could've had a better experience but I'm sure it was just an unlucky, rare occurence. I've had the same connection difficulties in the past but...
Its been a little over two weeks and I still haven't received mine. I had them shipped internationally from GAME, and let me tell you, the prices were not cheap when converted to cad.
I did this yesterday; you don't even need to switch the SD cards if you transfer it all by the internet, since I know the new 3DS can be a hassle to remove the SD card.

Just make sure you have a Nintendo Network ID so you can re-download your game from the eshop after :)
