Hey guys! Just an update - I created a second character and sure enough, on the second day, Gonzo just pinged my second character and offered me a festive wreath! Thanks for all your help! :)

You only live once and time is precious - don’t waste your time on a game you aren’t interested in. There are plenty of other games or consoles that may peak your interest more than ACNH :) good luck finding a better game that’s more interesting for you!
