All of those pictures are nice, but what is a "Sprite" exactly? I know they are a form of 2D drawings, but what exactly makes them different than all the other 2D ones?

I used my screenname once in an Animal Crossing game, but it looked so out of place that I deleted the character. I let my sister name my Wild World character, and he was called Quince, and now in New Leaf, I am known by my name in real life, Zachary.

For villagers I really liked Nan, but as far as main characters go, probably Sable.

Which Animal Crossing is that? I played the GameCube version when I was little and never found it. Also, I heard you could find the whale rarely on the way to the island.

As far as the games I actually play, it's Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I also have Mario Kart 7, Super Mario 3D Land, and Nintendogs + Cats (Golden Retriever version, I think).
