To have the secret room you should have, at least, the room upstair and pay off your latest loan. Then he will ask you if you want to expand a room or add another one, just select that you want to add another one. :)
I had the game since 10th june 2013 and I played everyday for arround two years. The game became so annoying since I made all I wanted and doing the same tasks was so repetitive. I took a break of 9 months until I decided to restart my town~

It was my first Bunny Day in my new town so I was pretty excited. I managed to get all the items, I have a lot of trees without fruits and I had a lot of rocks too. I decorated my main room with the eggs set, it is really cute~
