And to answer your question in my thread, you transfer bells to someone else by either going to currency and clicking change next to your name, and then typing the username you want to give bells to. Then you type in the number of bells you want to give them and submit. The other way you can do it is by clicking on the bells that is listed under their name in their sidebar; it'll bring up the same menu as going to currency does. VM or PM me if you're still interested in buying the dress ^^
