Ok, so my mom gave me my 3ds back today...however, she won't let me use internet on it, because of money issues and stuff. I'm sorry...I feel guilty for not replying to you in months, and I'm sorry for the bad news. My mom might change her mind though on the internet thing, but if not, then I guess I won't be able to decorate your town. I'm sorry for all the trouble. I can send you some of your tbt payment back if you like, since I might not be able to decorate your town. Also, feel free let me know if you don't want me to decorate your town.

I was also having a bad attitude to my mom about something, so that may be partially the cause of them taking the 3ds away...
