Yeah contracts weren't around for companies then so they were pretty much freelance working for whoever they wanted. Anastasia is distributed by 20th Century Fox and produced by Fox Animation which is also 20th Century Fox. The same institution as Thumbelina. >.< Disney is not in with 20th Century Fox because Disney owns itself, vertical and horizontal integration. >.<

And me! My mother bought it for me when I was a child when I was hospital bound. VCR of course, and then I watched it all the time along with The Little Mermaid and Anastasia. I have it on DVD now and still watch it at age 20! I love the ending song when she's trying to wake up Spring. <3
