I can work on your order today if you would still like it. My replies were rather jumbled before and I'm sorry for that, I was operating on little sleep. My issue was that I do all my coding on pre-gen 6 games and Riolu only has a 5% chance of spawning on my game so I've been having trouble finding it. I will keep looking but it's taking longer than I thought it would. Breeding the egg moves onto it will add some time but I can do that as well. It will cost more though, 15 TBT instead of 5. The IV's I'll add no matter the cost. And if you're intersted, I can quickly get you a non-shiny Lucario with the egg moves and IVs you wanted for 5 TBT. Or both Lucarios for 10.
