I know your pains too well orz i forgot my favorite villager was moving in so i also forgot to prepare to plot reset...and she decided to go in front of that hill, too Dx
And yes! UvU no matter what, once a villager has plotted in your town, theyre gonna move in the next day (be it any number if you go backwards in time, or the actual next day if you go forward).
Any plotted villagers are permanent i meant to say
Sadly once you start up the game with one of your characters (even if you dont save), any plotted villagers. On the bright side, she wont leave as a result even if you tt.
