Are you available. Now? I just have a few rules with adopting one of my villagers. No selling them for profit. Keep him forever, but if anything does happen and he ends up in boxes I would like you to give him away as did I.

Now don't wonder off from my Mayor when you get into town, also don't talk to anyone while you are there only talk to lobo. Thank you and let me know if you have a spot for him and can pick him up as soon as I get him in boxes.(I TT one day at a time to make sure I don't have any unexpected move dates. Has happened before)
