    Yeah it is confusing XD Most of my mates from America live in EST so I know that the time there is by counting 3 hours back from mine and switching am with pm to the previous day (so around 15hrs behind me). For example is it roughly 3:00pm over there?

    Ah I see. Well I'm an early bird so I usually go to bed at around 10 - 11pm so I can get up earlier in the morning since Americans will be awake at around that time since I live a terrible time zone >.<
