Yeah it is like $7ish and it is really easy to use. it doenst have a tutorial but I learned quickly. now the button commands come automatically. I dont think you will need a teacher but if you need any help figuring out the buttons I can help.
hahaha thanks for asking I use the app Colors3D from the Eshop. I personally crop them from a screen shot and make a tinypic url img thingy so they can be used. I always practice with out noticing but I am not very good. I have a personal style but it is so off from everyone elses it looks pretty bad. for a pony it can take me 1 min. IRL on the app it take 10-30. For human it takes 5-10 IRL. 20-2 hours on app. For Pokemon 3-10 IRL only 20-50 on the app. and Animal Crossing style takes 10-20 IRL but around 1 hour-2
