No he isn't moving anytime soon. I can keep him for a while I'm not in a rush. 10 Villagers is the max number of villagers you can have, so if you have ten you don't have room. Basically the "trading" goes like this, when the villager is in boxes in their house is when you can ask them to come over to live in your town. you convince them and then in a few days they'll appear in your town.
