  • I actually can't, sorry. I can buy him for that other user who wanted him though. How much tbt do you need?
    :-D
Actually I just realized much to my dismay that I havent gone through the 16 villager cycle for Beau D: I believe that still counts when taking villagers from others towns so if it does I can't take Beau T^T
Of course I'm not mad at you, I completely understand. You're very welcome, I hope it turns out to be an nice collectible for you :)

There's definetly a lot to do in Monschau, I figured that out. All kinds of museums and interesting sights and yes, I did actually visit the Weihnachtshaus. A nice addition to an already amazing visit. I've to say, the Eifel as area at it's own is already very interesting to explore. It reminded me a bit of Luxembourg with a lot of craftmanship influences from the last centuries of the renessaince :)
Hey, just wanted to share something.
My grandma actually asked me to go with her and 2 of her vacation friends to Monschau to visit the christmas market since I had most days off from school last week. I don't know how I managed to not pay attention to the opening data, but when we were there, they were still setting up all stalls haha. My grandma would be staying with her friends for the week so it wasn't really a problem for them coming over though I felt pretty stupid haha.

Anyway, although we didn't really experience the weihnachtsmarkt itself, we did experience the village and I've to say that it was even better than I expected! It was truly great too see the old vibe of craftsmanship and a bit of alpine back in the village, you were definetly right with your recommendation. I really was a sucker for the architecture in the village and how it adjusted to the flow of the Rur through it :)
Very well, thanks. I hope you're doing well too :)

Yeah, I usually only visit them in December too but the thought that they're already opening just makes me excited haha. Good to hear that you can enjoy some time at home!

I actually heard some things about the weihnachtsmarkt in Aachen having some fairground attractions? I'm actually quite curious now, I haven't been to one with with that kind of entertainment. I'll definetly need to try the Aachener printen, from which I heard so much, if I'm going there, too.

I've never been to Monschau before but it looks absolutely gorgeous, thank you for the link! I don't mind other tourists being their as I'm one myself at that moment, but I do have compassion with all the natives walking around their and hearing all this Dutch and other foreign chatter haha.
