    Every once in a great while, when the Admin dim fit, the moderator applications open up. It's completely random when they open and only when the Admin decide they need more staff. If the applications open up you'd fill out one and the Admin would then choose the person who seems to fit the bill for a staff member.

    Ooh okay, all you do is go to my profile page, then there should be some tabs that go horizontally; one should say 'wifi feedback rating'. Just click that and follow the instructions; it's pretty fast.
