    apparently not, i saw a blacklist of villagers that can't be traded; welcome amiibo cards are ok, but special villagers like the sanrio and amiibo figure ones can't. which is a shame! wolf link and felyne are great! hope they fix it one day!

    just letting you know but i don't think you can adopt felyne, you have to have the amiibo to obtain the villager :^(
