On the forum you can click the title banner and it will take you to the homepage. On there you can see the different sections, the sub headings will explain.
When you see IGB it means In game bells.
When you see TBT it means forum currency (you earn small amounts when trading... I think)
Don't worry about TBT just yet though.
A very helpful website to use is:

If you make an account on that you can compile your own list and copy the URL and paste it into your posts. So that it makes it easier to list items you want/selling.
