Okay! So to answer your questions~ Sun and Moon legends are shiny locked, so none of those can be made shiny sadly ): There's no risk of losing your pokemon, this is 100% safe. And your offer sounds fine to me, so I accept!
Also hidden abilities for starters are locked too I think? They don't go through online, and I've looked at a couple sources that say they're locked.
Also until transfers are allowed, I can't trade over unobtainable pokemon yet. ):
