thanks. i guess i have to get some of villagers before i move them out.
i haven't seen them yet! and of course when i google "new horizons villager pics" villager pictures would appear as i thought lol
maybe it's a sign they're planning on coming out with a new set of amiibo cards soon? however, that idea kinda confuses me a little just cuz there's only like. 8 new ones and idk, seems kinda hard to believe that they'd release a whole new series of 6 pack cards with 8 variation possibilities lol.

Nah, there’s all the new NPC’s as well as possibly an update with more returning animals (we still have 73) and potential for another set of brand new ones.
I posted this same question the other day and it appears no one has received an animal’s pic yet. I really want to know because ,y long time goal in the game is getting pics and letting them move on with a token of their presence always in my home.

they were just available to order on the nook shop. the 2nd page i think.

Could just be a reward for reaching the halfway mark. Weird. I'm talking to and gifting to my villagers on a daily basis and so far only have posters from the amiibos I used when testing out Harvey's island.

You don't need amiibo. You can just summon your current villagers on harveys island and their posters will be available on nooks stop.
