[ANSWERED] Camp options only tell new villagers to move in

I talked with a villager in the camp and there was only 2 options and they both were to let them move in!
Now I have talked with Nook and it's the same! Only 2 options are to let them move in but I don't want this villager to move in. I've tried closing Animal Crossing but the prompt still comes up when I talk to Nook. Is there a way around this? Thanks!

if it’s your first visitor, i’m afraid that you’ll have to let them move in and there’s no way around it :c
