Do animals show up on island tours late at night?

Can you run into animals at all hours of the night on island tours? Or just ones that normally stay up late? IE cranky and uchi personality types.
 
I just had Erik on the island and he's Lazy personality, not Uchi or cranky, so I'm assuming it doesn't matter what time it is.
