Do you think these "glitches" are also present in the Japanese version of the game?

I was just wondering if the "glitches" could be version specific - like somehow there were some mishaps in the code in the foreign non-Japanese version.
It just seems odd that with the number of glitches people are reporting, Nintendo wouldn't have taken any action by now. They were super quick to patch the duping glitch.
In addition, reviewers got the game early (unless the update was the thing that messed things up since they didn't have that available to them).
I love Nintendo but I'm getting disappointing. Everyday, I wake up looking forward to playing as it's one of the few things that's keeping me going at this point (my family is basically locked out of the country due to Covid 19 and I'm all by myself)... but at the same time, I dread that I'll experience some sort of a glitch especially since I've been recruiting a lot of villagers from the Island tours.
I even splurged on lots of amiibo cards in anticipation of this game and I'm afraid to use them now which sucks.
Do you think this will get fixed any time soon?

If you check the game's eShop page from every country Nintendo is selling, you'll notice it supports every language. Therefore, we all get the same version with all of those glitches present despite linguistics differences.

I live in Japan, and bought the physical game so I technically have the "Japanese version" but it checks the switch's language/region/whatever when you put the card in, so my game is in English. I'm fairly certain it's all the same.

I'm also a bit disappointed in all of the glitches, but not necessarily the speed at which they're getting fixed. It's certainly possible that some glitches (Amiibo for example) are much more complicated to fix that others, and would take more time to solve. I'm hopeful that, since Nintendo is being so receptive, they will be fixed soon.
