Edit: I was able to get him through a giveaway so I have no further use for this thread!

Hopefully someone out there has Cyd who doesn't want him so we can negotiate!

I appreciate your offer but Cyd is my main priority right now!

Most of the villagers I'm offering are actually dreamies of mine, so I'd prefer not to get rid of them if possible. They're up for trade because I have their amiibo cards to scan them back in.
 
Cyd Just moved in. Might take some time before he move out but if he does I'll notify you!
 
Well someome might be able to trade him before me but if not any nook mile tickets would be apriciate. Looking for certain villagers as well. ^^

You're the only person I've seen that even has him, so I'm definitely interested if I don't get any other offers before then.

Unfortunately I don't have any of your dreamies (or even their amiibo cards), but right now I have enough miles to buy 10 tickets.

That works for me! I'll try to get him moving ASAP. Just for a refresher, you need to talk to him while he's packing if I remember correctly? Been a few years since I've done this.

Yes, that's correct. One day he'll have a thought cloud above his head and when you speak to him he'll ask if he should move away. Say yes and he'll move away in a couple days, which is when I speak to him.

I assume you're not TTing him out and are waiting for him to move naturally?

I do Time travel my game, although I'm not sure how to force them to move aside from ignoring them. Feel free to share any tips.

Okay, that's great!

I've also read that hitting unwanted villagers with the net for a while and reporting them to Isabelle can help, but I haven't tried it myself. Villagers are supposedly harder to get to move in this game, though.

Just make sure you don't force him out with an amiibo card or it'll glitch my game.

Hey! I'm in the same boat, he just moved in. I'll tell you if he moves out and you haven't got another offer yet :)
