Fallout New Vegas Please help!

So here's the problem i am level 24 (I think) And i need a way to end game (Don't worry i was gonna wait until i played dead money and got to level 30/35) But i just wanna know i can end it..
QUESTION STARTS HERE!
But the problem is i killed Mr House,I lost my Platinum Chip (Or Mr House took it),I killed Caesar and I failed the quest Don't tread on the bear.

So how can i end the game i wanted to go with independent New Vegas or MAYBE the NCR ending but i can't so please can you help because this is really messing with my mind! (And i don't wanna start a new game).

Unless i really really really really have to.

I ended it the way you wanted to on thursday night, such a awesome ending too...

Do all his quests [which takes a couple days X_x]

Yeah, you gotta do all of Yes Man's quests to where he becomes the house, then talk to him to go to the final battle.

I started a new game.

Wow i can't believe the game is that short if you just go through the story quests.
(If you do wild card that is,I don't know about the other Endings).
(Oh and i can already go to the final battle If that's what they call it, but i haven't, im gonna wait until im level 30 then do dead money then end it).

Oh and im trying to do all the quests i did before. I Hope getting to level 30 comes fast because i wanna play Dead money (Even though im gonna play it before i beat the game).
