Well I don't know if you find this nasty or gross or what ever. Me and my friend went swimming at a creek today and i had a cut open blister on my foot. It was all white. When I got out of the creek I looked at the blister and it was black I had a feeling of what it was. I ripped open the blister which kind of hurt and rocks fell out of the blister.
 
Either you had a huge blister, or those were tiny rocks. Either way, I don't really see how this could happen. Did you load the blister up intentionally?

well swimming in a creek poses it dangers :sharp sticks,rocks, broken glass, etc
