In some spaces I'm radical and in some I'm tame. Whatever I am, politics are inescapable if you want the U.S. to get anywhere with your own damn human rights, though šŸ™ƒ to be able to ignore it all is a blessing

I used to be centrist, but I've gotten further left over time. Now I'm a democratic socialist.

I think Iā€™m a liberal, though nowadays, the only thing Iā€™m political about is genocide and my countryā€™s foreign policy. Our whole system and policy needs to change, which it sadly wonā€™t. The power that businesses and foreign countries have (one in particular) have on both parties is really scary.

Since the last time I came here, I moved a little bit to the right. But Iā€™m still disgusted by what the GOP has become. They used to be the party that resisted progress. Now theyā€™re the party that wants to reverse it. I admire and respect Reagan and Bush, but not Trump or Desantis.

By the way, a 2021 article shows that there are nine different ideological groups that show how divided America is and how divided both parties are.
